Dunhill Partners is actively seeking well-located retail shopping centers in our existing trade areas as well as centers in contiguous states.

Retail Criteria
We look for well-located neighborhood and community centers in primary and secondary markets with strong population growth and high barriers to entry.  These properties can be core supermarket anchored, value added opportunities, life-style, or power centers.

Geographic Preference: Focus on West, Southwest and Southeast
  Prefer SMAs with minimum population of 400,000
Deal Structure: Flexible - will purchase leveraged or joint venture
